PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a long-distance receiver from receiving unnecessary data without depending upon characteristics of a laser beam by making a transmitter add location information to data and send them.;SOLUTION: A control part A 3 of a transmission device 4 and a control part B 6 of a reception device 7 receive location information through GPS by a satellite 1.
