PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a speed at which a worker becomes a skilled worker for operation and improve operational accuracy in cell production, and to synchronize a cell operation area with the supply of parts to realize the instantaneous supply of parts. PSOLUTION: A cell production work management system 1 manages, through a network, work performed in a cell production method in which one worker or a small number of workers are in charge of all the processes for a product. In addition, the system 1 is provided with; a worker terminal 11 provided in each cell; a manager terminal 12 which manages a process in each cell; a part supply instruction terminal 13 which gives instructions for supplying parts to each cell; and a management server 14 having a database which stores information that the worker terminal, manager terminal and part supply instruction terminal use.
