PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of flexibly and positively managing access rights to information relevant to an electronic tag.;SOLUTION: A product information server 109 provides product relevant information on a network. A reader system 101 carries out inquiry of information relevant to the electronic tag 102 to a name solution server 107. A substitute server 108 receives the inquiry from the reader system 101, it determines whether or not the inquiry by the reader system 101 satisfies a predetermined condition (that an access frequency per unit time to the same product information server 109 does not exceed a threshold), it supports acquisition of the product relevant information from the product information server 109 by the reader system 101 when the inquiry satisfies the condition, and it prohibits access to the product information server 109 by the reader system 101 when the condition is not satisfied.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
