PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent waste on both side sides of publicity agents and users as much as possible.;SOLUTION: A personal computer 14 performs control operation (S23, S24) for storing the date and time of broadcasting of a CM, regarded preferable for a user, retrieved based on preference information of the user. On the stored broadcasting date/time, control operation (S12) is performed for receiving and recording the retrieved CM. Further, control operation (S15, S16) is performed for inserting and broadcasting the retrieved user-preferable CM that is a CM of a sponsor of a program, as a CM to be broadcasted between broadcasting programs. The CM to be inserted is a CM to which processing is applied for multiplexing program related data related to the relevant broadcasting program contents. Thus, the user who wants to know the broadcasting program contents, becomes the first to view the CM by himself/herself in order to watch the program related data, thereby suppressing CM cut recording and reproducing.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
