PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgical treatment device which enables an efficient coagulation treatment and a blunt ablation treatment and is sophisticated by having the function of implementing precise water supply, suction, and air supply and a surgical treatment system adopting it.;SOLUTION: The surgical treatment device is equipped with an elongated shaft part 18, a treatment part 15 provided at the distal end of the shaft part for treating living tissues by heating, a heating element constituting the treatment part, a cable member which is inserted inside the shaft part and is connected to the heating element, an opening part having a penetrating hole opened on the distal end side of the treatment part, a duct member which is provided inside the shaft part and is connected to the opening part, a grasping part (17) provided on the proximal end side of the shaft part, a first connector part 16 which is provided at the grasping part and is connected to the cable member, and a second connector part 45 which is provided at the grasping part and is connected to the duct member.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
