PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a Fe-Co-Ni base metal glass with soft magnetism and high strength, which provides a bulky metal glass, in order to greatly expand an application field of metallic glass products, because a conventional (Fe, Co, Ni)-B-Si metallic glass has a low glass forming capacity and can not manufacture a metallic glass block thicker than 1 mm, and consequently has a limit in practical use. SOLUTION: The Fe-Co-Ni base metal glass alloy with soft magnetism and high strength, having a high glass forming capacity is expressed by (Fe1-a-bCoaNib)100-y-zSiyBzor (Fe1-a-bCoaNib)100-x-y-zMxSiyBz (wherein 0.1=a=0.4; 0.1=b=0.5; 0.35=a+b=0.9; 0 atom%y=10 atom%; 10 atom%=z=20 atom%; and M represents one or more elements selected from Zr, Nb, Ta, Hf, Mo, Ti, V, Cr, or W, and 0 atom%x=5 atom%).
