PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging/lending device for an individual alarm dose meter (thereinafter dosimeter) and a lending system for the dosimeter capable of easily finding the dosimeter having a designated number, and equalizing a use frequency of each the dosimeter to improve reliability of the dosimeters. SOLUTION: In this charging/lending device, an input/output part 19 and a display means (not shown in Figure) for the lending forbiddance and the number designation are added to a conventional charging/lending device for the dosimeter. A control part 15a locks a dosimeter lock mechanism 18 for the dosimeter 2 corresponding to the designated number inputted from a control terminal through the input/output part 19, displays the lending forbiddance and the number designation on a state display part 12a, reads the number of lending times during a prescribed period from the dosimeter 2, and locks the dosimeter lock mechanisms 18 for some dosimeters 2 each having a high lending frequency to forbid and display the lending of the dosimeters 2.
