PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a double V-ribbed belt reduced in the mutual pitch shift of respective ribs between both rib surfaces when respective ribs are formed on both inner and outer peripheral rib surfaces of a cylindrical vulcanized and molded belt molded object by a two-shaft processing apparatus equipped with a processing shaft and a tension shaft. ;SOLUTION: A belt molded object is wound around a processing shaft 13 and a tension shaft 14 and allowed to run in such a state that the right-hand wall of the belt groove of the processing shaft 13 is brought into contact with the right end surface 2 thereof to form ribs on the rib surface positioned on the outer peripheral side and, thereafter, the belt molded object is detached from the processing shaft 13 and the tension shaft 14 and, next, both rib surfaces of the belt molded object are reversed and the belt molded object is reversely wound around the processing shaft 13 and the tension shaft 14 and allowed to run in such a state that the righthand wall is brought into contact with the right end surface thereof to form ribs on the rib surface positioned on the outer peripheral side.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
