PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hologram transfer foil, the releasability of the protective layer of which is favorable even under the condition being made of an ultraviolet-curing resin, the frictional resistance of an image is favorable and which develops no flash at transferring and which can provide a transferred article, which can not be possible to alter at the transferring to a card or the like and excellent in anti-forging properties and, in addition, is excellent in aethetics and designability. PSOLUTION: In the hologram transfer foil, which is formed by laminating a releasing layer, a protective layer, a hologram forming layer, a hologram effect layer and a bonding layer in the order named, the releasing layer is made of a thermosetting amine resin and the protective layer is made of an ultraviolet-curing resin including fine inorganic and/or organic particles.
