PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accessary tile alignment stand, a manufacturing device of an accessary tile unit and a method of manufacture of the accessary tile capable of mounting the accessary tile on the angle tile alignment stand and being accurately filled with a resin in a state remaining unchanged.;SOLUTION: The accessary tile alignment stand 1 is used in order to form the accessary tile unit 70 connected by filling a gap between a plurality of accessary tiles with the resin 60, and the accessary tile alignment stand 1 includes a chevron-shaped body section 2 corresponding to the rear form of a plurality of accessary tiles 50 to be aligned, a joint interval forming projected section 3 in order to form a joint between a plurality of accessary tiles 50 mounted on the upper surface 2a of the body section 2 and a resin filling recess section 4 provided to the joint interval forming projected section 3.
