PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expand recording capacity by automatically deleting a record in a server HDD in a system connecting plural clients and the server HDD to a network. ;SOLUTION: The network system provided with the server HDD as a file server is also provided with CD-R/CD-RW system products connected to the network, a write controlling computer connected to the network and capable of controlling a CD-R/CD-RW and a means for recording the information of the server HDD in a recording medium constituted of the CD-R/CD-RW with the lapse of previously set time and erasing the information of the server HDD recorded in the recording medium.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
