PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the extension operation singly by a steel wheel caused by the misoperation, and the breakage of the steel wheel due to the free dropping caused by oil pressure leakage or the like of an steel wheel oscillating cylinder, in a road/rail vehicle having a turning device and a track traveling device.;SOLUTION: This road/rail vehicle 1 is manufactured by mounting the turning device 50 and the track traveling device 80 on a car body 2 capable of traveling on the land. An upper turntable member 53 of the turning device 50 is provided with a stopper plate 61 extended toward a steel wheel member 83 at a retracting position of the turntable and a steel wheel assembly. The stopper plate 61 is projected into an oscillating locus of the steel wheel member at its tip part at a position where the both are retracted, and displaced from the oscillating locus when the turntable is extended.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
