PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a low-elasticity plastic fine-protrusion structure in which an uneven structure is precisely formed on a surface even in the use of a plastic material with a low storage elastic modulus.;SOLUTION: In this low-elasticity plastic fine-protrusion structure, cone-shaped or bell-shaped protrusions having a storage elastic modulus of 5×103-5×107 Pa at 23°C, a bottom surface's diameter of 0.3-60 μm and a height of 0.1-60 μm are provided on the surface at intervals equal in dimension to or larger in dimension than the diameter. The fine-protrusion structure is a reproduction made by using a mold which is manufactured through: a process A wherein a laser with an ultrashort pulse is applied into the specific plastic material so that an original structure of the mold can be formed by forming the cone-shaped or bell-shaped protrusions formed in such a manner as to be protruded onto the surface of the plastic material from inside the plastic material; a process B wherein a surface of the original structure of the mold is covered with a mold material; and a process C wherein a mold material-covered layer is separated as the mold from the original structure of the mold.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
