PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the execution property and fire resistance of a steel frame covering fire-resistant layered product by laminating a fire-resistant expansion sheet made of a thermoplastic resin and/or a resin composition containing a rubber material, a phosphorus compound, and an inorganic filler and a layer made of a foam body or a buffer on the side of a plate made of a nonflammable material facing a steel frame. ;SOLUTION: A fire-resistant expansion sheet 12 and a foam body layer 13 are arranged in sequence on the side of a stainless steel plate 11 facing an H-steel 15 and arranged on the outermost layer, and a fixing tool 16 is driven into the overlapped portion of the stainless steel plate 11 at a joint to fix a steel frame covering fire- resistant layered product 10 to a steel frame. A thermoplastic resin and/or a rubber material having high nonflammability by itself, e.g., a chloroprene resin or a chlorinated butyl resin, is used for a resin composition constituting the fire-resistant expansion sheet 12. Red phosphorus improving a nonflammable effect with the addition of a small quantity is used for a phosphorus compound, and a hydrous inorganic reducing a temperature rise and obtaining high heat resistance is used for an inorganic filler. The steel frame covering fire-resistant layered product 10 is easily fitted to the steel frame, and it exerts excellent fire resistance.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
