PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously measure the sinking amount of a bottom face of the sea in a wide range for a long time after a reclamation work is finished from immediately after the work is started and measure a change of the bottom face of the sea as a plane, by setting a meter at the bottom face before the work is started. ;SOLUTION: A water guide pipe 2 in which sensor heads of a plurality of electric pressure sensors 3 are arranged via a predetermined distance to face the interior of the pipe, and an output cable 4 from each pressure sensor 3 are accommodated in a protecting tube 1, thereby to constitute this sink measurement gauge. The gauge is set on a bottom face of the sea before a reclamation work is started or on a ground surface before a construction work is started. An end part of the water guide pipe 2 is positioned at a standard point of the ground, and the water is filled in the water guide pipe 2. Thereafter, each pressure sensor 3 is initialized, and the sinking amount at the point is measured from pressures detected by the pressure sensors 3.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
