PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new polymer of fullerene (C60), polymerizing method of fullerene (C60) and producing method of a thin film. SOLUTION: This polymer of fullerene (C60) is prepared by dissolving fullerene (C60) in soln. and irradiating the soln. with UV rays to polymerize. In the polymn. method of the polymer, fullerene (C60) is irradiated with UV rays in soln. A silicone substrate is dipped in the soln. of the fullerene (C60) polymer to form a thin film on the silicon substrate.
