PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remarkably reduce the running cost of a dry distillating cracking reactor by reducing consumption amount of fossil fuel in a heated air generating furnace together with lessening heat loss of exhaust gas of the heated gas K in a dry distillating cracking reactor.;SOLUTION: The dry distillating cracking method comprises supplying wastes C into a rotating drum body 26, flowing heated gas K generated by burning fossil fuel H in a heated gas generating furnace 24 into a heated tube 29 inside of the drum body 26, and dry distillating wastes by indirect heating to make cracked gas G and cracked residue D. A part K1 of the heated gas K exhausted from upstream side of the drum body 26 is ejected into wastes C inside the drum from upstream side to directly dry and heat wastes C by the heated gas K1.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
