PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition excellent in warm water resistance, etc., suitably used as a coating material for a member for a place using water by including a hydroxyl-containing acrylic polymer and a vinyl propionate-based polymer. ;SOLUTION: This composition contains (A) a hydroxyl-containing acrylic polymer (preferably a urethane acrylate-based and an epoxy acrylate-based resin) and (B) a vinyl propionate-based polymer. Preferably, the weight average molecular of the component B is 10,000-20,000, the glass transition temperature thereof is 30-60°C and the content of the vinyl propionate is 20-40 mol.%. The component B of 10-30 pts.wt. is preferably used based on the component A of 100 pts.wt. in the composition. In addition, (C) a vinyl chloride-based polymer (preferably vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer, etc.), is preferably included in the composition.
