PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique of processing a dataflow graph required for setting operations of a reconfigurable circuit. PSOLUTION: In the dataflow graph processing method, one or more generated DFGs (dataflow graphs) are divided into a plurality of sub-DFGs in accordance with the number of logic circuits within sets of the reconfigurable circuit (S14). In the case that the reconfigurable circuit has a multi-stage connection structure, the number of columns of sub-DFGs is set as to be equal to or smaller than the number of logic circuits per stage of the reconfigurable circuit. Then sub-DFGs are coupled (S18) to generate coupled DFGs. The number of columns of coupled DFGs is set also so as to be equal to or smaller than the number of logic circuits per stage of the reconfigurable circuit. These coupled DFGs are divided into sub-coupled DFGs again so that the number of stages of sub-coupled DFGs is equal to or smaller than the number of stages of the reconfigurable circuit (S20), and thus sub-coupled DFGs which can be mapped to the reconfigurable circuit are generated.
