Heat treatment for the atmosphere generator

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eject an alcohol injected dropwise into a venturi part in the form of mists from the front end of an alcohol introducing pipe into a heat treatment furnace by forming a venturi part at the gaseous nitrogen introducing pipe of a nozzle and positioning the front end of the alcohol introducing pipe at the venturi part. ;SOLUTION: This atmosphere generator has the heat treatment furnace 1 which executes the heat treatment of metal, alcohol supply equipment 11 which is capable of supplying the alcohol to the heat treatment furnace 1, gaseous nitrogen supply equipment 21 which is capable of supplying the gaseous nitrogen to the heat treatment furnace 1 and the nozzle 40 the front end of which projects into the heat treatment furnace 1. The generator generates an atmosphere gas by introducing the alcohol supplied from the alcohol supply equipment 11 and the gaseous nitrogen supplied from the gaseous nitrogen supply equipment 21 into the heat treatment furnace 1 through the nozzle 40. The nozzle 40 has the alcohol introducing pipe and the gaseous nitrogen introducing pipe and is formed with the venturi part at the gaseous nitrogen introducing pipe. The front end of the alcohol introducing pipe exists in the venturi part.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
