PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-precision two-line type measuring instrument and a flowmeter. ;SOLUTION: A pulse signal of frequency corresponding to a flow rate is inputted from a sensor part and counted by a main register and a subregister in a control part provided on a display board 24. At this time, the main register counts the signal for specific cycles corresponding to the diameter of the flow passage. Consequently, the main register can take a high-precision measurement, whose value is regarded as integrated data. The 10-bit measured value of the subregister is displayed as an instantaneous value at a display part and inputted to an output substrate 25, and this signal is transmitted to an external device 90 with a two-line type transmit signal through a D/A conversion part 81, a V/I conversion part 82, a 40 to 20 mA transmit signal output part 83, and a full-wave rectifier 46.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
