(57) Abstract The method of including the breaths style of breath of the patient, and the use of repetitive breath technique in order to measure carbon dioxide pressures non measuring the blood flow or the heart beat coming out quantity of the lung capillary of the patient invasive. This measurable quantity, breath end pressure (PetCO2) of carbon dioxide discharges and carbon dioxide, CaCO2 or is used in order to calculate with the index of carbon dioxide content of the blood of the patient of pCO2 and the like. Carbon dioxide discharge data and position and direction of the optimum line which passes by the index data of carbon dioxide with linear regression, are decided by the fact that carbon dioxide discharge data are plotted or vis-a-vis the data of index of carbon dioxide content. At least the data of 1 sets is corrected, in order to find the data set which correlates to the optimum line soon, decision of one optimum line is done at least. The data is correction possible with the filter or clustering. Next, slope of the optimum line which correlates to the data soon is used in order to measure the lung capillary blood flow or the heart beat coming out quantity of the patient. When index of carbon dioxide content CaCO2 is, the inverse number of slope of the optimum line, is equal to the lung capillary blood flow of the patient.
