This invention offers the method of distinguishing accurate command input address. Because of this, each command word has the specified start bit, long command word, in order to distinguish, has the 2nd start bit. As for this invention, when command word of the length which differs is used, being the method of identifying accurate command input address, as for each command word, the specified 1st start bit (1sb) it possesses, long command word has the specified 2nd start bit (1sb'), when the said command input address is not accurate, the check device outputs the signal.
