PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflection coefficient phase adjuster by an NRD (non- radiation dielectric) guide capable of adjusting the phase of a reflection coefficient without physically changing a dielectric strip length. SOLUTION: This reflection coefficient phase adjuster is provided with two conductor plates 1 and 2 parallelly arranged with an interval not more than a half wavelength, a rectangular dielectric strip 6 arranged between the conductor plates for which a slot 7 parallel to the conductor plates is formed at an end part center and an H-shaped metal member 8 for which two metal side plates 10 provided with a height equal to the interval of the conductor plates are connected to both sides of a reflection metal plate 9 provided with a horizontal width equal to the dielectric strip and the dielectric strip uses an LSM01 mode as a main transmission mode. The horizontal width of the dielectric strip is set so as to make the cut-off frequency of a TE20 mode higher than a using frequency in the case of arranging the metal plate on both side faces of the dielectric strip and constituting a rectangular waveguide together with the conductor plates.
