PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that a tape of a tape reel must be removed from a tape feeder mounted on a mounter when the tape reel is stored in a low humidity chamber for storing the tape reel, labor and time are required for the storage, a tip of the tape must be cut off, and an IC package becomes wasteful.;SOLUTION: In the low humidity chamber for storing the tape reel, a box for storing the tape reel and a tape feeder fixing part are provided in the low humidity chamber.
