PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and rapidly prepare a dirt floor of a dwelling house to be constructed by the panel construction method. ;SOLUTION: A dwelling house to be constructed by the panel construction method, is provided with a dirt floor unit 15 capable of forming a tread board part 14 which is inserted in a cavity 11 for the dirt floor to be formed by floor panels 10, supported by a foundation part 12 to support the floor panels 10, and arranged lower than the floor surface to be formed by the floor panels 10, and side plate parts 43, 44, 45 which are erected on a peripheral edge of the tread board part 14 and cover the end part of the floor panels 10 to demarcate the cavity 11 for the dirt floor.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
