PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a perforated plate through which easily and strongly bundled devil's tongue noodles can easily be produced.;SOLUTION: The perforated plate 2 forming the bottom of a feeding chamber 15 for feeding a devil's tongue kneaded product has first extrusion holes 2a, slits 2e, 2f for connecting the extrusion holes 2a to each other, and second extrusion holes 2b for making the slits 2e, 2f to communicate with the feeding chamber 15. Pipes 3 whose lower ends are inserted into the first extrusion holes 2a, and stopper 5 for opening or closing the second extrusion hole 2b are disposed on a support plate 6 which is brought close to or separated from the perforated plate 2. When the support plate 6 is placed at the upper end position, devil's tongue kneaded products extruded from the pipes 2 and devil's tongue kneaded products extruded through the second extrusion holes 2b are integrally gathered and extruded from the perforated plate 2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
