PURPOSE: A temperature environment experimental machine by thermal conduction, a control method thereof, and a temperature characteristic measuring method are provided to improve productivity and accurately measure the temperature by connecting a plurality of thermal conductive chambers in series and forming various temperature regions and by quickly transferring and precisely measuring objects to be measured. CONSTITUTION: A temperature environment experimental machine by thermal conduction is composed of a body unit, an operating unit, and an air cylinder(17). The body unit comprises a thermoelectric module(1) attached to the lower side of an aluminum cold plate(3) embedded with a temperature sensor for control; a water cooling jacket(5) attached to the lower side of the thermoelectric module and mounted with a coolant pipe; a control unit installed under the water cooling jacket; a plurality of gate supporting bars(7) mounted to the outside; and an upper supporting bar(8) disposed to the upper end of the gate supporting bar. The operating unit includes a box-shape gate(10) of which the lower side is opened, installed to move up and down in the gate supporting bar of the body unit and a probe set penetrate-installed at the upper part of the gate to measure the temperature of an object to be measured(13) and move up and down within a constant gap. The air cylinder is fixed and installed to the upper supporting bar of the body unit and one end of the cylinder is attached to the upper end of the gate to make the gate open and close the upside of the aluminum cold plate.
