PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide optical parts for improving efficiency in using signal light generated at samples.;SOLUTION: The optical part comprises a transparent substrate for arranging the plurality of samples; a microlens array arranged below the substrate; and a reflecting member arranged below the microlens array. The microlens array comprises a first lens body on the side of the substrate and a second lens body on the side of the reflecting member. Each lens of the second lens body is arranged in such a way that its focus is located on the surface of the each lens of the opposed first lens body. The first lens body and the second lens body are arranged in such a way that a focus acquired by synthesizing each lens of the first lens body and the second lens body forms each image of the samples on the reflecting member.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
