Additional lead ECG derivation method and electrocardiograph with additional guidance function that allows ECG signal of the standard 12-lead ECG, which is measured by the potential detector 10, to induce simply by calculating the ECG signal of the additional lead ECG I provide. ECG signals measured as a standard 12-lead ECG by the potential detector 10 is stored in memory 12 electrocardiogram. The ECG signal by using the coefficient α indicating the relationship between induction and stored in the memory 12 electrocardiogram, additional lead ECG calculation means 16 calculates the additional lead electrocardiograms V7~V9.
