PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce load of work for updating information (data) by each user terminal even if a plurality of user terminals (5₁, 5₂, 5₃, 5₄) store information (data) in different data formats.;SOLUTION: A user (A) uploads personally owned information (schedule management, directory and so on) from the user terminal 5₁ to a system 1. In the system 1, grasps a data format to be stored by the user terminal 5₁ by a data format management DB 11. When the data format is different from a predetermined common data format, the personally owned information is converted into the common data format, and then managed by a personally owned information management DB. In downloading to the user terminal 5₁, it is re-converted into the former data format.
