PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a lowering of cost and higher workability by providing the means for easily mounting an overhead travelling lift for nursing at any time since a building stage. ;SOLUTION: At a building work stage, upper parts 3b and 4b of anchor bolts 3 and 4 which have a frame 2 supporting a bolt 1 fastened at lower parts 3a and 4a thereof are fixed on a structural member 5 above the ceiling and then, a ceiling plate 6 is stuck at a lower part of the frame 2 with the tip 1a of the bolt 1 set sticking downward to allow the mounting of a rail 9 free to load or unload in such a manner that a lifter 8 for nursing is fitted into the tip 1a of the bolt 1.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
