The sea slater-capturing member 3 is divided to the first capturing part 33 for capturing the larger sea slater, present at the sea slater-introducing member 2 side, and the second capturing part 34 for capturing the smaller sea slater, present at the opposite side by using the dividing means 4 as a border.
