PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an expansion for agriculture, which improves weather resistance, tensile strength, biodegradability and environment maintainability and effective for house, etc., containing a specified aliphatic polyester copolymer, ultraviolet absorber and plasticizer in specified ratio and having thickness within a specified prescribed range. SOLUTION: Concerning an aliphatic polyester copolymer of 100 pts.wt., it is composed of an aliphatic hydroxycarboxylic acid such as lactic acid of 0.02-30 mole % in expression I (R1 is a divalent aliphatic hydrocarbon), aliphatic or alicyclic diol units such as ethylene glycol of 35-49.99 mole % in expression II (R2 is R1 or a divalent alicyclic hydrocarbon) and aliphatic dicarboxylic acid units such as oxalic acid of 35-49.99 mole % in expression III (R3 is a direct bond or R1 ), and has number-average molecular weight of 10,000 to 200,000. Concerning this film, an ultraviolet absorber such as benzophenone or benzotriasole ultraviolet absorber (B) of 0.005-5 pts.wt., and a plasticizer such as glycerin triacetate (C) of 0-50 pts.wt., are mixed with the aliphatic polyester copolymer (A) of 100 pts.wt., and its thickness is 0.05-0.3mm.
