PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a cooling device and to prevent the production of ice with a small ice content rate by counting the ON time of a compressor of an ice making machine in its priority operation mode and then deciding the clogging of a condenser to light a warning lamp, etc., if the ice making machine is not filled with water within a set time. ;SOLUTION: An ice making machine priority operation starts when the ice is melted and the ice volume is reduced in an ice store room 11 and then a full-ice switch 12 is turned on with a compressor 4 turned off respectively. At the same time, a timer 14 starts its counting. If the time that is counted by the timer 14 is larger than the set time when the compressor 4 is stopped, it is decided that a refrigerating device is abnormal and the compressor 4 is stopped before its failure. Meanwhile, the counting of the timer 14 is finished when the room 11 is filled with the ice and the switch 12 is turned off with the compressor 4 turned off respectively.
