PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily change over and use a seat for a seat for adults and children by forming a recess to the upper surface of the latter half central portion of a seat cushion, and storing a separately formed central cushion in this recess in a manner that it can be pivotally moved and freely reversed. ;SOLUTION: In the case that a seat for an automobile is used for adults, a first bush 36 is positioned at a rear end in a guide groove 21, and a central cushion 30 is inserted in a recess 10a. At this time, a thick first pad is used as a downside, and one surface 30a of the cushion 30 is used as an upside so as to be approximately matched to the upper surface of a seat cushion 10. While, in the case that the seat is used for children, the cushion 30 is reversed clockwise, the first bush 36 is positioned at a front end in the guide groove 21, the latter lower half of the cushion 30 is inserted in the recess 10a, a second bush 37 is engaged with and supported on a supporting notch 22, and the first pad is used as the upside, thus the cushion 30 is projected upwardly from the upper surface of the seat cushion 10.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
