PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an injection mold, in which the dragging of a gate cutting punch due to its deviation and its wear dust are prevented from developing and consequently its life can be prolonged. ;SOLUTION: This injection mold 1A consists of a fixed mold 2 and a movable mold equipped with a gate cutting punch device, which is assembled slidably to the fixed mold 2. After a molten resin is filled in a cavity C formed by clamping both the molds, a gate cutting punch device 40 for cutting the sprue part of a molded disc consists of a coaxially movable gate cutting punch 41 and a fixed punch guide 42, to which a gate cutting punch cooling device 50 is connected. A cooling water hose 35 from a temperature adjusting device 31 is connected to the punch cooling circuit 51 of this gate cutting punch cooling device 50 so as to constitute the mold for punching the gate cutting part of a disc with the gate cutting punch 41.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
