PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter set to recover a desired blood component in blood efficiently and a blood component recovery method which uses the filter set. SOLUTION: A filter set 1 is composed of a bag 11 which is filled with a filter material 12 in it, a tube 21 which is connected with a blood inflow opening 111 of the bag 11, a tube 22 which is connected with a blood outflow opening 112 and a receiving vessel 3 which receives the bag 11 so as to expand and compress freely. A blood component is recovered effectively by using the filter set l.
