PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a structure and surely make dust going to flow into an intake escape to a downstream side.;SOLUTION: A dust escape device comprises a reticulate screen S installed, rotatably on one upstream side end 13 of the intake 12, in the intake 12 opened to one side face 11 of a water way C having a bottom face 10 and a pair of the side faces 11 erected on the bottom face 10 and capable of being positioned to a closing position A for closing the intake 12 by turning and a projecting position B for projecting to the water way C side by turning and a drive mechanism 40 for turning the screen S to position it to the closing position A and the projecting position B.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
