PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication network system and a base station control station by switching communication channels of a mobile wireless base station so that a communication channel of the mobile wireless base station differs from a communication channel of a fixed or mobile wireless base station located at a moving destination of the mobile wireless base station thereby avoiding wireless communication channel interference.;SOLUTION: The base station control station 8 acquires location information of the fixed wireless base station 9 and the mobile wireless base station 7 and transmits communication channel information to the wireless base station so as to change a communication channel to that of the mobile wireless base station 7 not interfered with the communication channel of the fixed wireless base station 8 when the location of the fixed wireless base station is close to the location of the mobile wireless base station.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
