PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a risk improving chart capable of calculating an objective risk value independent of the experience and knowledge of a judging person, and an application example using it. SOLUTION: This risk improving chart is provided with a 'risk estimation' processing part capable of calculating the risk value by answering questions and a 'presentation of risk evading measure' processing part for presenting a concrete measure for evading or improving the risk corresponding to the contents of the judged risk. Also, an inspection means and a risk improving tool are combined with it and another objective risk care business system is constituted.
