PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an animal-repelling photo-setting molded article having not only excellent repelling effect but also stable dissipation rate of the repelling component and enabling the practically complete dissipation of the repelling component without loss and to provide a repelling method for harmful animals by using the animal-repelling photo-setting molded article. ;SOLUTION: This animal-repelling photo-setting molded article is composed of a cured photo-setting molded article produced by the photo-setting of a photo- setting resin composition containing peppermint and a cured product of a photo- setting resin composition forming a coating layer B on the surface of the former molded article. Preferably an oil-absorbing fibrous material C is embedded in the cured article A. For repelling harmful animals, a number of cured animal- repelling photo-setting sheets 1 are arranged in a holding case interposing gaps between the sheets and supplying air flow by a blower to effect the dissipation of the volatile component from the animal-repelling article to the objective part.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
