PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a private automatic exchange management method by which a user profile of a new type which is not in matching with a user terminal (physical device) but with a user (person) is obtained to serve many more functions (or opening modes) for the user, and to realize the method capable of effectively and simply coping with needs of users of different types. ;SOLUTION: This management method for a private automatic branch exchange for interacting a plurality of users by a plurality of user terminals has a step, where each of the users is identified by at least one user identifier and a step where a use table relating to a user profile consisting of at least one identifier of each user is generated. Each user profile consists of a user terminal set which is probably not in user and at least one attribute assigned to the user.
