PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a specimen treatment system which can quickly treat a specimen requiring urgent examination.;SOLUTION: When an urgent specimen is generated, the urgent specimen is inserted in a storage part located in an insert position P1. The urgent specimen is sent in preference to other specimens and located in a tap open position P2. After the tap of the urgent sample is opened, the specimen is sent in preference to other specimens and located at a dispensing position P3. After the dispensing process, the urgent specimen is sent back to the insert position P1, and the specimen is taken out at the position 1. Fur a normal specimen, a loop conveyance line 12 moves successively by one pitch, while in the urgent specimen processing mode, the loop conveyance line 12 moves 4 pitches each.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
