Until recently, it was not possible to execute definite form printing which responds to the function of various printers precisely. It retains with the definite form printing data and the printer ability data, when doing the printing indication, it presents definite form printing candidacy on the basis of the definite form printing data. When definite form printing is selected from these candidacy, the printer ability data is referred to, combination of printing condition in order to make particular definite form printing execute is set, printing is executed. Because the printer ability data is remembered in every type of printer, it is possible to set appropriate printing condition to every type of printer in order to execute a certain definite form printing. As a result, it becomes possible to execute definite form printing which corresponds to the function of the printer precisely.
