PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject apparatus capable of affording musculotendonless chicken breast meat safely and considerably rapidly compared to the case with conventional musculotendon cutting off operation by hand through mounting a machine body with a rotary cutter for cutting musculotendon off chicken breast meat held on a relevant feeder. ;SOLUTION: This apparatus is so designed that a feeder 3 for moving and feeding chicken breast meat onto a table 2 provided on a machine body 1, the musculotendon basal part of breast meat is held on the breast meat bearing 4 of the feeder 3 to suspend the breast meat, and a rotary cutter 5 for cutting the musculotendon off the breast meat is mounted on the machine body 1.
