The assembly arrangement between an inner race 6 of a bearing and a journal 2 supported in rotation in this bearing comprises: a journal annular groove 36 and a race annular groove 26 which interact to form an annular channel 52 when they are placed opposite one another, a retaining ring 40 placed in the said annular channel 52, which prevents a relative movement in translation between the said journal 2 and the said inner race 6, and at least one recess 38 of the said journal 2 and at least one tooth 32 of the said inner race 6, which interact to prevent a relative movement in rotation between the said journal 2 and the said inner race 6.
