The present invention provides an agent to be used in biocontrol and for preventing plants from suffering from disease. The agent includes a microorganism being active on an object; a modeling material mixing therein with the microorganism, and a modeling reagent shaping the modeling material mixed with the microorganism into the agent. In practice, the microorganism agent is applied in a paddy rice system to make the agent contact the plant and release the microorganism object on the plant to control and prevent plant disease.
