Techniques for Speaker recognition of this application used a Topological description of the properties of the Spectrum of voice Biometric characterization of the speaker.Being markedly different distance Measurement between Spectral Curves obtained from the Voices of different speakers through various analysis methods of Topological Spectra, these characteristics provide a one-to-one correspondence between a subject and a character Mold State by a set of Rational numbers.
