The device has an interface connected to a microprocessor and receiving commutation instructions of a user. Each of series of input and output units ((I1-In), (O1-Op)) is connected to the microprocessor, where each output unit is connected to an electrical unit of a building. Each input unit is connected to relating switches (S1-Sn) of the electrical unit and receives a signal with two levels. A memory stores three series of data, where one series associates electric unit to an identifier of relating commutation unit, and the device is integrated to an electric board of the building.
